Defect Prevention and STAR shines

Hi all,
Posting this one after a looong time.. GMAT is keeping me busy all the way.. just wanna update you all.. that I scrwed my TL, DP mamager in a meeting....
The meeting used to take place every month and we used to discuss the root cause analysis... the sad part is that the guy who is assigned the defect is to come front and has to answer some stupid questions asked to him.
Man!! we are not kids.. and no more schooling.. Shit!! what the heck is happening..am I working in a MNC else in a Coolie shop.?.. I will be late to the meeting as usual..(RECTian way of attending meetings) Oops!! me planning for an MBA.. God help mee.. !! ok coming back to our DP meeting, our DP manager threatens us that it will effect in our apprisal, whenever I hear that I feel so @!#$@!$ that I feel like leaving this Job.Sun was bright today as was my star... Yeah!! today was my day in that meeting... Just ran on all the TL's head and made them feel so embarassed,made them to realise that they knew nothing.Its always a nice feeling when you do something for a good cause.All my colleagues appreciated when I started my missiles to my DP manager.He was saying actaully.. actually...mmm we shud.. bla... bla.. man!!Now I hope that they follow the process and make sure that they use their power usefully rather than using it to threaten people.
ok me having loads of work(personal)...and waiting for my D day..Shall post what that D day means in my next post..
